          The house is filled with the things required for living: bedding, towels and washcloths, soap and shampoo, toothpaste, dish and laundry detergent, vinegar and oil, sugar and spices, coffee and tea, on and on. It is meant to require of you only that you bring your clothes and personal items. And, of course, the main ingredients of the meals you plan to prepare. There will be snacks available to tide you over till you're ready to go shopping. It is assumed that, in this day and age, everyone will have their own cell phone. WiFi coverage throughout, and there's a washer/dryer in the garage. In the bathroom are soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer,  first aid materials, toothpaste and toothbrush, razors and shaving cream, etc. 

          For families with small children, we have: a cradle, two cribs, stair gates, strollers (single and double), playpen, highchairs and booster chair, and lots of toys, playthings and books for all ages. In one of the side closets is a child-scale play area. 

       Cats and dogs are not permitted.   Also, no smoking is allowed in the house.         


Fully equipped with tile counter, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, dish washer and everything required to prepare and serve meals. The table and space available for it will seat six.  

Living Area

Leather couch/hide-a-bed, chairs. TV with limited basic cable and built-in DVD player, CD/iPod/MP3 player.

East Bedroom

Two twin beds situated in a cozy alcove off the main bedroom area, with a privacy partition to visually separate the two areas. A queen-sized futon in the main area. (Mattress kept in the closet.) A desk. The bedroom opens onto the upper deck.

West Bedroom

A queen size bed and desk. A TV with limited basic cable and a DVD player/VCR. Over 175 VHS format movies and 50 DVDs.
